The driver was waiting for us, she was very polite and helpful, her car was very clean and she was an excellent driver. The journey to Pattaya was very comfortable and quick. Also your booking system was very efficient and you responded quickly to my emails. | I would just like to say a big thank you to your company for the most efficient way we were treated when I requested transfers from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pattaya. We arrived at Bangkok on Tuesday 11th October, very very tired and we were met by this wonderfully happy and pleasant young lady ( I am sorry I have forgotten her name). She drove us very efficiently and safely to our Hotel - The Dusit, in Pattaya. She made our start to our holiday very special. | Dear Sirs, Just a short message to say how grateful we are to your driver who took us to the Airport in Bangkok on 4.02.06. My wife regretably had a accident which left her somewhat incapacitated and the Lady driver who took us to the Airport was wonderful. She waited until we were able to obtain a wheelchair and stayed with my wife whilst I sorted the tickets out. She was so kind and caring and we shall always be grateful to her. We hope when we return to Thailand in the future we may be able to repay her in some way for he kindness.You are very lucky to have such an employee who is a credit to your company.
